Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your Kribb account and all associated information.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Account credentials and authentication data
- All uploaded videos and images
- Property listings you created (if you are an agent)
- Chat history and communication records
- App usage data associated with your account
Processing Timeline
Your deletion request will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Please note that this action is irreversible — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:
In-App Settings
Open the Kribb app → Settings → Account → Delete My Account
Email Request
Send an email to hello.kribb@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Kribb account.
⚠️ Important Note
If you have any outstanding transactions or disputes at the time of your deletion request, we may retain certain data as required by law until the matter is resolved. We will notify you if this applies to your account.
