This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Kribb mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

To provide our trust-first real estate verification platform, we collect the following types of information:

• Personal Identification Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
• User-Generated Content: As part of our core verification moat, we collect live video walkthroughs, timestamps, property details, and images uploaded by real estate agents.
• Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the app, including device type, operating system, IP address, and app activity (such as crash logs and interaction data).

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To create, authenticate, and manage your account securely via our third-party authentication provider.
• To verify property listings and prevent rental fraud through our "Proof-of-Life" video system.
• To facilitate communication between housing agents and prospective tenants.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app's infrastructure and storage capabilities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who provide cloud hosting, database management, and authentication services (e.g., Supabase, Amazon Web Services) strictly to operate the platform.
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, including compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA).
• Public Listings: Property videos, descriptions, and the verified agent's public contact profile will be visible to other users on the platform to facilitate real estate transactions.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure database storage, to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Account Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. You can submit a deletion request via our in-app settings or by using our official Data Deletion Form.
• Upon a valid request, your profile, credentials, and uploaded videos will be permanently wiped from our active servers within 7 to 14 business days.

The Kribb platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy or via in-app notifications.
