Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kribb mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kribb. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or false property listings.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud.
  • Attempt to bypass security features of the platform.

5. Property Listings & Verification

Kribb operates a trust-first verification model. All property agents must complete KYC verification and submit Proof-of-Life video walkthroughs. However, Kribb does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and is not a party to any rental agreement between agents and tenants.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology within the Service are owned by Kribb Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kribb Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
